Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President of Development will play a crucial role in the YMCA of Pawtucket’s fundraising efforts and overall development strategy. Vice President of Development will oversee the YMCA's annual giving strategies and execution, implementation of capital and programmatic major gift strategies, oversee the YMCA's development operations systems (including database, online giving, etc.), and overall constituent management (including identification, cultivation, and stewardship).The role of Vice President of Development is to be part of a team that is fulfilling the mission and vision of the YMCA through philanthropic support while providing the leadership necessary to ensure the overall philanthropic approach is effective and efficient.
